Client: Commune de Schengen // Information, orientation, differentiation are our themes in this project for Schengen. The municipality works continuously to improve its citizen services and information. As part of the redesign of the existing “Infoblad”, we received the request to consult with the responsible persons in Schengen, to design a suitable layout and to supervise the realisation to the extent that further editions were to be created in house. In summer 2013, the first issue was distributed as a beta version to all households and citizens were invited to send their feedback and suggestions in a spirit of active participation. 2 years later, we look at the collection of editions published by the municipality itself. For us, customer-oriented design also means creating design specifications that our customers can easily apply.
